🧾 Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional: a pinch of chili flakes or grated Parmesan
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the sprouts:
Rinse and cut Brussels sprouts in half. Pat them dry — this helps them crisp better.
2️⃣ Season:
In a bowl, toss the sprouts with melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Air fry:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the sprouts for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden and crispy.
4️⃣ Finish & Serve:
Toss with a little extra melted butter or sprinkle with Parmesan for extra flavor.

- Want more crisp? Add 1 tsp of cornstarch to the mix before air frying.
