You won’t believe how easy it is to make this Air Fryer Flatbread — soft on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside, and infused with garlic and herbs. No yeast, no oven, no problem!

🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (plus extra for dusting)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley or cilantro (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional for garlic flatbread)

Step 1 – Make the Dough

In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add yogurt and olive oil, then stir until a soft dough forms.
Knead gently on a floured surface for 2–3 minutes until smooth and elastic.


Step 2 – Shape the Flatbreads

Divide the dough into 6–8 balls.
Roll each ball into a flat circle (about ¼ inch thick).
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic and herbs if desired.


Step 3 – Air Fry

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place 1–2 flatbreads in the basket (don’t overcrowd).

Air fry for 5–6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and slightly puffed.

Repeat with the remaining dough.

Step 4 – Serve & Enjoy
