  • 2 salmon fillets
  • ½ lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
