These are the perfect crunchy snack without the grease 🙌
You still get that golden, crispy bite—but made lighter in the air fryer. Great for snacks, appetizers, or even a quick meal.


🛒 Ingredients (Makes 8–10 rolls)

  • Spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup bell peppers (thin strips)
  • ½ cup cooked chicken, beef, or shrimp (optional)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1–2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (optional)
  • 1 tbsp oil (for brushing or spraying)

👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Make the Filling

  • Heat a pan with a little oil
  • Add garlic, veggies, and protein (if using)
  • Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes
  • Add soy sauce and mix well
  • Let cool slightly

2. Roll Them

  • Place filling near one corner
  • Fold sides in and roll tightly
  • Seal edge with a little water

3. Prep for Air Fryer

  • Lightly brush or spray rolls with oil

4. Air Fry

  • Preheat to 380°F (193°C)
  • Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway
