These Cheesy Hasselback Potatoes are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and loaded with melty cheese in every slice. The air fryer makes them faster and crispier than the oven—perfect as a side dish or even a main!


Ingredients 🛒

  • 3–4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or russet)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½–1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar works great)

  • Slice thin cuts across each potato (don’t cut all the way through)

2. Season
