Classic Chicken & Rice Soup

🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup uncooked white or brown rice
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

1️⃣ Sauté the Vegetables
