Ingredients 🛒

  • 1 lb ground beef (or mix of beef & pork)
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. Mix ingredients
    In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Parmesan, milk, parsley, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form meatballs
    Roll into evenly sized balls (about 1–1.5 inches).
  3. Preheat air fryer
    Set to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Cook
    Place meatballs in a single layer.
    Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Check doneness
