  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 cup bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

1. Sauté the Aromatics

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook another 30 seconds until fragrant.

2. Build the Soup Base
