  • 2 lbs chicken wings (split into flats & drumettes)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Prep wings
    Pat wings very dry with paper towels (key for crispiness!).
  2. Season
    Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer
    Set to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Cook
    Place wings in a single layer.
    Air fry for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway through.

    Increase to 400°F (204°C) for last 3–5 minutes.
