Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including your contact details, identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, consent to jurisdiction of an appropriate federal court, and your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers when appropriate.
